How To Schedule A Service Appointment Online

Here at Hyundai of Yakima, we want to make scheduling a service appointment easy and convenient. You can always call us during business hours at (509) 454-2873 and speak to our service staff. But if it’s a Sunday afternoon and you realize you need an oil change, you don’t have to wait to get an appointment time. Follow these easy steps to schedule a time that works for you.

From any page on our website, select the Service & Parts tab, then select Schedule Service from the dropdown menu.

Select either Yes or No as to whether or not you have scheduled an appointment with us before.

If Yes, you will be asked to enter login information to retrieve your data. If No, you will be asked for owner information to set up an account. We will continue as a new customer.

Depending on the vehicle you are having serviced, recommended service may be available.

Enter the service you want to schedule and select from our list.

To help our staff with scheduling, please let us know if you will be waiting for your service or dropping of your vehicle.

Select which Service Advisor you would like and your date and time.

Confirm your appointment and you are ready to go. You will receive a text message or email confirming your appointment.
