Can't say enough good things about this dealership. At a time when many dealers are charging anywhere from $2-5K over MSRP, Hyundai of Yakima doesn't...at least at the time of this writing. Bought a 2023 Santa Fe Limited Hybrid through Sales Associate James Gamet and I have to say it was the best vehicle purchasing experience I've ever had. At 76, I've had a lot! James was very knowledgeable and helpful in selecting the right vehicle for us. Highly recommended!

Purchased 2015 F150, 15000 miles from dealer, took truck in because of vibration. All the techs agreed that there was a problem The dealership turned it over to ford, ford decided they could not fix the problem and advised the dealer that they had no fix. Now Carey Motors is telling me that they stand by fords decision and that I am simply out 40,000 dollars.

The Service department here is horrid!! paid them $2400 and my Bmw runs worse than when i brought it in and they cant figure out why because theres no check engine light telling them why.

Was charged $585 plus tax for basically an oil change and spark plugs for a 2007 Mercedes sedan. Questioned the service rep who was adamant that it was a justifiable charge, even though he acknowledged the charge included several more hours of labor than it actually took. Absolutely ridiculous - I then checked with another local certified Mercedes service shop that gave me a quote that was just about half the price, including parts and labor. DO NOT BRING YOUR MERCEDES HERE FOR SERVICE
